Sport's decision makers have a huge number of considerations commercially, logistically and politically. The aim of this blog is to be mindful of these considerations but focus on what would excite sports fans most.
The ideas might take too much time, cost too much money and come up against plenty of opposition but we believe that, given a chance, they would be cheered from the stands.
